Include the product name, reference photo or drawing, material, dimensions, capacity, color and intended use.
2. Quantity and order pattern
State the trial quantity, expected order quantity and annual forecast. Ask whether different SKUs can be combined.
3. Packing
Specify units per sleeve, pack and carton, barcode needs, retail or bulk configuration, carton marks and pallet requirements.
4. Custom printing
Provide artwork format, print colors, print area, language, required marks and whether design support is needed.
5. Quality and documents
List destination-country requirements, buyer standards, inspection expectations and any third-party testing request.
6. Samples and approval
Clarify whether you need an existing sample, printed sample or production sample, and define the approval method.
7. Delivery
Provide destination city or port, Incoterm preference, target delivery date and whether split shipments are acceptable.
